Beebrisk Supply Chain Solutions Private Limited

These Terms & Conditions govern all road transportation and logistics services provided by Beebrisk Supply Chain Solutions Private Limited (“Beebrisk”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client”, “Shipper”, “Consignor”, or “Consignee”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Cargo: Any goods entrusted to Beebrisk for transportation.
  • FTL (Full Truck Load): Dedicated vehicle for a single consignment.
  • LTL (Less Than Truck Load): Part-load cargo consolidated with others.
  • Container / Box: 20 FT or 40 FT container.
  • ISO Tank: Tank container used for liquid or bulk cargo.
  • LOLO: Lift On / Lift Off operations.
  • Detention: Charges applicable when a vehicle is held beyond free time.
  • E-Way Bill (EWB): Statutory transport document under GST law.
  • Hazardous Cargo: Goods classified as hazardous under applicable law.

2. Scope of Services

Beebrisk provides domestic road transportation services within India, including:

  • Full Truck Load (FTL)
  • Part Load (LTL)
  • Container movement
  • Bulk & trailer movement
  • Project cargo and special equipment

All services are subject to vehicle availability and statutory compliance.

3. Pricing & Charges

  • Freight covers transportation only and excludes loading, unloading, tolls, LOLO, gate passes, permits, yard charges, penalties, or statutory levies.
  • Any additional charges paid by Beebrisk on behalf of the Client shall be reimbursed at actuals + 12% service charges.
  • Route or destination changes requested after vehicle placement will attract additional charges.
  • Rates are subject to revision due to changes in fuel prices, tolls, or government regulations.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • The Client is solely responsible for arranging E-Way Bills, invoices, permits, and statutory documents.
  • Beebrisk is not responsible for penalties, detention, or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation.
  • Cargo shall be transported on a “said to contain” and “said to weigh” basis unless verified in writing.

5. Loading, Unloading & Detention

  • Loading and unloading are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Free detention time: 12 hours at loading and unloading points.
  • Detention beyond free time will be charged as per applicable tariff.

6. Packaging & Cargo Safety

  • The Client must ensure cargo is properly packed and suitable for road transport.
  • Beebrisk is not liable for damage caused due to improper packing, sealing, or handling by the Client.
  • Container quality provided by shipping lines or empty yards is outside Beebrisk’s responsibility.

7. Insurance & Risk

  • Cargo insurance is mandatory and must be arranged by the Client.
  • Beebrisk does not provide insurance by default and shall not be liable for loss or damage beyond statutory limits.
  • Insurance facilitation, if requested, is purely administrative.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery shall be made at the address mentioned in the Lorry Receipt.
  • Delivery to any person appearing to have authority at the delivery location shall be deemed valid.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, regulatory checks, strikes, or force majeure events shall not be considered service failure.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Beebrisk shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
  • Maximum liability per shipment:
    • INR 1,000 for LTL consignments
    • INR 5,000 for FTL consignments
  • Liability applies only in cases of proven negligence.

10. Payment Terms

  • Invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of invoice date.
  • Delayed payments attract interest @18% per annum.
  • Beebrisk reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

11. Prohibited & Restricted Cargo

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Beebrisk does not transport:

  • Hazardous, explosive, flammable, or toxic materials
  • Illegal or prohibited goods
  • Currency, precious metals, valuables
  • Perishable goods without prior approval
  • Animals, human remains, or biological materials

12. Undelivered or Unclaimed Cargo

  • Cargo may be treated as undelivered if delivery is refused or documentation is incorrect.
  • Beebrisk may return, store, or dispose of such cargo after due notice.
  • All costs shall be borne by the Client.

13. Lien on Cargo

Beebrisk reserves the right to retain or dispose of cargo for recovery of unpaid dues, after providing reasonable notice.

14. Force Majeure

Beebrisk shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, accidents, government actions, or road closures.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts having jurisdiction at Beebrisk’s registered office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

Beebrisk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website and shall be effective immediately upon publication.
