Account Deletion – Sahchr App

Users, having “driver” role, registered on the Sahchr mobile application can request deletion of their account at any time.

We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring a clear and transparent account deletion process.


How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Sahchr account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Sahchr mobile app

  2. Login to your account with your mobile number and PIN

  3. Go to Menu → click Delete Account. You will find menu icon on the top left of your home screen. 

  4. Enter the reason for deletion

  5. Submit the request

Once submitted, the request is reviewed by our support team.


What Happens After You Submit a Request

  • Your request is reviewed by the Sahchr administration team

  • If the account is not actively hired or assigned, it will be approved for deletion

  • Once approved:

    • Your user profile is permanently deleted

    • Associated driver records are removed

    • Login access to the app is revoked


Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 business days from the date of submission.


Important Notes

  • Accounts that are currently hired or assigned to an active project cannot be deleted until the assignment is completed

  • Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered

  • Certain records may be retained temporarily for legal, audit, or compliance purposes, as required by law
