Responsible for coordinating and securing transportation services between transporters and truckers, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. Excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the transportation industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trucking partners.
Responsible for overseeing and growing the freight brokerage division by developing strong transporter and trucker relationships, driving revenue growth, establishing and grooming a high performing team of freight agents, optimizing freight operations and ensuring compliances.
Build relationship and able to service client effectively. Develop new clients to increase outreach.
Ability to keep track of financial transactions and provide insights to management on periodic basis.
Ability to mobilize transporters and ensure loading / unloading, tracking of movement and compliances.
Ability to manage operations of the business, service clients, provide visibility and effectively resolve issues/ challenges.
